Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery to the United States takes 7–15 business days after your order ships. Delivery times to other countries vary and are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, customs and peak seasons.

Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us at info@shopkindlo.com.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos for damaged items). We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
