These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of shopkindlo.com (the "Site"), operated by Kindlo, 81 Wenlock Court, London N1 7PL, United Kingdom. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Products
We try to show products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and handmade elements such as knit accessories may vary slightly.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. These don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access it without authorisation, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Kindlo name, logo, and the Site's text, images and design belong to Kindlo or its licensors, and may not be used without our permission.
